Furuno USA Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Promotions

February 3, 2036

Furuno USA announced two leadership promotions that strengthen the company’s Deep Sea Product, Service, and Sales Operations.

Bill Hayes

Bill Haynes has been promoted to Senior Deep Sea Product & Service Manager, effective December 1, 2025. With nearly 28 years at Furuno, Bill brings extensive technical and operational experience to the role. His marine electronics background was shaped by service as a U.S. Navy electronics technician (1985–1991), followed by positions with Collins Marine, Military Sealift Command (MSC), and Mackay.

Since joining Furuno, Bill has held progressively more senior roles, including Assistant Product Manager and Deep Sea Product Manager. In the latter role, he led a strategic evolution of Furuno’s service operations while maintaining Furuno’s high standards for reliability and customer support. Under his leadership, the Deep Sea Service department achieved record growth.

Gabrial Durrin

Furuno USA also announced the promotion of Gabrial Durrin to Sales Operations Manager, effective January 1, 2026. Gabrial will oversee sales performance metrics and CRM strategy while coordinating sales promotions and dealer incentive programs. He will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and Product Development to support sales execution and operational alignment.

A Furuno USA team member since 2000, Gabrial has held roles in Order Service, Purchasing, and Inside Sales, most recently serving as Inside Sales Supervisor. His broad operational knowledge and collaborative leadership style support Furuno USA’s continued focus on dealer support and sales efficiency.

“These promotions reflect Furuno USA’s commitment to experienced leadership and long-term investment in our people,” said Brad Reents, President and CFO of Furuno USA, Inc. “Bill and Gabe have each played key roles in Furuno’s success, and we look forward to their continued impact.”
