NEW NANO “FOUL RELEASE COATINGS” LAST UP TO 20 YEARS!

Nano Foul

Two different nano coatings, that work on a molecular level, and are effective for up to 20 years, for fiberglass, metal, aluminum , wooden boats and sound painted surfaces are now available in Canada.

These clear Natural Marine  “ Nano Foul Release” coatings, applied in minutes to almost any surface, will help keep boat hulls cleanable in both salt and fresh water environments. Clean hulls as required with deck brush or sponge.

Expect reduced friction, increased top end speed, slower RPM planning and reduced fuel consumption. Also ideal for inflatables, fenders and silent water sport equipment.

The first product, recreational Natural Marine “Foul Release”  # 5435 requires only about 20-30ml of product to treat 1 Sq. M. (10 Sq Ft). Two 250ml units MSR $ 79.95, will treat up to 24 ft power or sail. Applied with a soft cloth until the nano material disappears. Application temperature from +5C to 80C. Expect single season salt water and up to 3 years fresh water protection. Simply reapply as required. You won’t even know is  is on the hull.

The other product is the upscale, clear, Natural Marine Permanent Protector coating # 5436, that can be applied to any clean, dry, sound hull surface; Fiberglass, metal, aluminum or painted, will last up to 10 years in salt water and an estimated 15- 20 years in fresh water. This is a very high tech nano coating, applied to clean, dry surface, by brush, roller or HVLP spray. The coating is dry to touch in 30 minutes at 23 C and takes 5-7 days to fully cure. 20-30ml will treat up to 1 M sq. and multiple coats may be required.

The cost of this is approximately  $10 per sq ft. and all of these new nano products are available for the 2013 season, through leading Marine Distributors, Marinas and Chandleries.
