Chris-Craft is pleased to announce that 25 dealer partners have been honored with The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA)’s 2017 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards on May 2, 2018. The Awards honor boat dealers for excellence in customer satisfaction and excellence in customer service.”

The 2017 CSI Award dealer recipients achieved an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year. Data is collected as part of a survey among customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017. For this reporting period, the program surveyed more than 140,000 customers.

“Boat dealers are the direct line between the customer and the manufacturer, playing an essential role in the boat ownership experience and fostering customer satisfaction. The 2017 boat dealer CSI Award recipients excel at serving boaters with a commitment to superior sales and service,” notes Robert Newsome, vice president of engineering standards and membership for NMMA. “We thank the dealers for their dedication to their customers, ensuring that today’s boaters remain lifelong boaters.”
