Strength and success of a brand and its products can be directly correlated back to the strength of the dealer network and the dealer in each respective market. To shore up that strength and dealer line-up, Marquis Yachts has added Needham’s Marine in Sarnia, Ontario Canada to its dealer partner network.
Needham’s Marine will actively support the sales and aftermarket service for the Ontario province. “Needham’s will once again return the Carver Yachts and Marquis name back to this active and vibrant boating area where we once had great success and have been absent from in recent years,” expressed Rob Parmentier, Marquis Yachts President & CEO.
“With the addition of Carver Yachts and the soon to debut Marquis, these boats and brands are certainly a welcome addition to our existing product offering and portfolio, giving our current clients and the market a Coupe or Bridge styled cruiser or a striking day boat to move up in to,” said Nick Salomone President of Needham’s Marine. He too went on to add, “Ryan Wheeler will be joining the Needham's team and will be serving the Georgian Bay/Toronto area. Ryan is a well-respected individual in the Ontario marine industry and his past experience with the Carver and Marquis brands will be an asset to all his past and future clients.”
“It is great to once again work with Nick and his team at Needham’s. They are a first-class organization and operation that aligns with our way of thinking of selling boats and most importantly taking care of the customers,” concluded Parmentier.

Televisions on a boat are increasingly commonplace. With the simple-to-install Glomex Avior VT300 Omnidirectional TV/FM antenna from GA Communications, it's never been easier to bring analog and digital broadcasts onboard—at a price that's hard to ignore.
The most noticeable feature of the Avior VT300 antenna is its compact white, anti-yellowing radome. At only 4" dia. x 8" H and 8.8 oz., it's specifically made for smaller boats that can't accommodate large TV antenna domes and only need short range reception, depending on height and conditions. The amplifier allows the antenna to have an increase in gain with a 24.5 dB average to receive vertical and horizontal polarized TV signals simultaneously from 360°.
