ACEL Power, a trailblazer in marine electric innovation, continues to lead the way with the launch of its latest additions to the Intelligent Electric Series, the high-powered IE 150 and IE 250 electric outboard motors. With the introduction of these technically advanced motors, ACEL now offers a comprehensive lineup ranging from 50HP to 250HP.

The ACEL Intelligent Electric Series represents a revolutionary innovation in Electric Propulsion Technology. At its core, it is a comprehensive patented solution consisting of seamlessly integrated components, including Outboard Motor, Customizable Battery System, Intelligent Power Supply, Digital Throttle, Smart Charger, Smart Key, and an Onboard Computer with an intuitive touch screen.

The IE 150 and IE 250 electric outboard motors are engineered to elevate performance on the water boasting exceptional power outputs. The 150HP motor can reach a peak power of 200HP, and the 250HP motor achieves an impressive 350HP peak power during acceleration. Powered by ACEL’s latest 800V platform and utilizing state-of-the-art Silicon Carbide (SIC) semi-conductor technology, these motors achieve an astounding 95.8% powertrain efficiency increasing range for extended time on the water. This breakthrough technology not only enhances performance but also reduces the system weight.

The new products embody ACEL’s design ethos, focusing on user experience and reflecting a philosophy of modernity and minimalism. Innovative features like built-in rear-view camera with both daylight and night vision capabilities & customizable LED light strips enhance functionality and convenience.

“The launch of our 150HP and 250HP electric motors marks a significant milestone in ACEL’s journey”, says Anthony Liu, CEO and co-founder of ACEL. “At ACEL, we are not just electrifying the marine landscape, we are digitalizing it. The IE 150 and IE 250 comes standard with our most powerful on-board computer to date with ultrafast vehicle grade CPU, built in AI Accelerator, and a GPU to provide the foundation for all our future software updates.”

“Our commitment to safety and reimagining boater experiences is paramount. With features like our one-hour charge capability and safety protocols such as battery isolation without affecting the drivetrain, we ensure every journey is truly enjoyable.” added Anthony.

The ACEL system incorporates electric advantages of silent operation, low maintenance, and eliminates the need for fossil fuels. With unmatched power, efficiency, and versatility, these motors are pushing the boundaries of innovation.
