As Chief Financial Officer of the listed company, he was responsible for financial market communications and installed the complex reorganization of the Group’s financing structure.

Hanjo Runde, Chairman of the Executive Board of HanseYachts AG, said, “On behalf of the entire management of HanseYachts AG, we thank Sven Göbel for ten years of full commitment, with numerous challenges and many successes.”

On 1 June 2022 Jan Brockmöller (51) will take over as the new CFO of HanseYachts AG. Jan Brockmöller is a proven financial expert with extensive experience in the renewable energy and mechanical and plant engineering sectors. He has many years of expertise through various commercial management positions at Shell and Siemens, among others. “HanseYachts AG has defined its strategic goals for the coming years. The realignment on the Executive Board will help us achieve our goal of profitable growth in the coming years in a currently very positive market,” said CEO Hanjo Runde.
