Dometic Receives Five Nominations for the Prestigious 2025 DAME Design Awards

Dometic is proud to announce that five of its latest product innovations have been nominated for the 2025 DAME Design Awards – one of the most respected recognitions of design excellence in the global marine industry. The nominated products span a range of categories, reflecting the company’s broad commitment to advancing performance, comfort, and sustainability across the boating experience.

The nominated products are:


Propulsion & Dynamics Category

              • Dometic DG3 Gyro

              • Dometic Optimus Compact Helm

 

Onboard Facilities, Comfort & Entertainment Category

              • Dometic GVTX 48V DC Marine HVAC System

              • Dometic VacuMAX Tank System

              • Dometic ColdMachine CSX Cooling System

 

“It’s a tremendous honour to have every one of our submitted products recognised by the DAME jury this year,” said Eric Fetchko, President of Dometic’s Marine Segment. “These nominations are a testament to the ingenuity and dedication of our global teams, who continue to redefine what’s possible in marine comfort, control, and sustainability. The DAME Design Awards, held annually during an industry leading tradeshow METSTRADE in Amsterdam, highlight outstanding examples of innovation, functionality, and design across the leisure marine sector. 

Winners will be announced during the official DAME Award Ceremony on Tuesday, 18 November at 08:00 AM, following the METSTRADE opening session.

All nominated Dometic products will be featured in the DAME Design Awards showcase in Hall 13 and can also be experienced in person at the Dometic stand in Hall 1 (Stands 131 & 231) throughout the event.
