A Message from the Publisher

We know that our PORTS Followers have been waiting for a long time and we appreciate your patience.  Our editorial and production teams have worked hard to ensure that the information is as current as possible and given the past 3 dubious years that COVID-19 has presented to us, this guide has been the most challenging to date.  Our PORTS Team, consisting of Craig Ritchie (Managing Editor), Allegra Smith-Herriot (Associate Editor), Caroline Bowker (Creative Director), Patti Bowden (Ad Manager), Elissa Campbell (Digital Production) and Greg Nicoll (Senior Vice-President) have worked together for nearly a year to update this World-Class publication.  Their experience and professionalism are second-to-none and their passion to bring PORTS Lake Ontario and The 1000 Islands back means that boaters can continue to utilize this amazing must-have companion for planning and onboard.

Of course, it can’t go without mention that the brainchild behind the original PORTS Guides is Steve Manley.  His meticulous research and dedication are the reason that PORTS is a staple brand onboard thousands of boats in Ontario and visiting Ontario.

I can’t wait for you to see it!
