Boating Industry Canada News Week editors attended the Highfield Boats Media Event at the 2022 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS), during which Highfield Boats USA President Christophe Lavigne announced the introduction of the new Offshore Sport Line to the North American market. These heavy-duty, aluminum-hulled RIBS include the Sport 900 and Sport 760, which made their debuts in Highfield’s 3,500-sq.ft. booth at the Bahia Mar. In total, Highfield had 15 RIBS on display.

After FLIBS, Christophe reported: “Our sales this year were close to double those from last year’s show – which was our best FLIBS to date at that time. We also sold more large boats at the show than ever before. This continues Highfield’s momentum from other fall shows in Seattle, Newport and Annapolis. We are on track to solidify our market position as America’s most popular RIB brand.”

Highfield Boats USA’s new Regional Manager Chris Browne recorded this walk-through of the new Sport 900, flagship of the Highfield fleet, at FLIBS:
