NMRA WILL HOST POPULAR REP NIGHT AT IBEX 2015

NMRA at Ibex

The National Marine Representatives Association (NMRA) will host its popular Rep Night at the International Boatbuilders Exposition & Conference (IBEX). The event will take place on Tuesday, September 15 at Sully’s Restaurant & Saloon, from 6–8:30 p.m. Sully’s is at 434 S. 4th St.

“Rep Night has become a tradition at IBEX,” said Brandon Flack, NMRA president. “It provides our members with an important networking tool in a relaxed atmosphere.” Rep Night is sponsored by NMRA rep groups and is open by invitation only. It has been held annually since 2002.

During the show, NMRA will be hosting one-on-one “Ask A Rep” consultations. The sessions are designed for those who are new to the marine industry and desire to learn about the value of independent sales reps. It will also offer a free workshop on this subject. “As an integral part of the boat business, we’re pleased to be offering these educational programs,” continued Flack. “It’s a great outreach opportunity for our association and serves our members well.”

IBEX is an annual technical trade show for professionals in the boat building, design, repair, maintenance, and sales segments of the marine industry. This year’s show will be held September 15–17 at the Kentucky Exposition Center, Louisville, Kentucky.
