One armed paper hanger

With a start to summer 2023 and the hot weather (sometimes way too hot!), boats will be launched and the season leaps into full tilt mode.

We realize that most of our readers are busier than one armed paper hanger’s right now, but there is a key task to do that may not have been on your agenda.

This is the time to work with your staff and to point everyone in the right direction with meetings, discussion and teambuilding.

To make it easier to get the team focused and working well together, consider introducing the Boating Industry Canada Employer of Choice program for your staff this year. Delivered by Jeff Doran and his team at CCEOC, we support and promote the Employer of Choice program for the staffing, recruitment and retention benefits you can gain. To learn more, go to the BICEOC website or call Jeff Doran in person at 416-886-7007. The program could help you identify and groom that new diamond in the rough that you need to recruit.

Wishing you a strong start to the summer!
