Regal Marine Industries, Inc., one of the world’s largest privately-owned boat manufacturers with more than 200 dealers in 40 countries has kicked off its 50th Anniversary with a variety of special recognitions, promotions and commemorative events.

According to Regal CEO Duane Kuck, the company’s major milestone anniversary is an opportunity to recognize all those who have contributed to Regal’s growth and continued success over the years.

“We recognize and greatly value all those people who have been part of the Regal Family and story,” said Kuck. “We give credit to all of our present and past team members, our outstanding dealers and the more than 75,000 Regal boat owners from around the globe who have made the investment in our product and the Regal brand.”

Regal was founded in 1969 by Paul and Carol Kuck, Gene Kandel and Clark Prudhon, all of whom are deceased. The Kuck team members will have produced, marketed and sold more than 2200 boats in calendar year 2019, achieving the best retail year performance in the company’s storied history.

“This is a record-breaking year for Regal and the perfect way to launch our 50th Anniversary celebration,” said Kuck. “We are very proud of the hard work and effort of our entire team as we continue to build upon the legacy and tradition of our founders.”

Regal kicked off its anniversary at a special 2019 International.  The company hosted a boat parade featuring 19 different models, five of which had never been seen before, along with a fireworks show, 1969 throwback dinner and a business meeting that paid tribute to 50 years of boat building successes. In addition, tenured dealers were recognized for their loyal years of service.

A major team member celebration event is scheduled at the Westgate Resort in Orlando FL in early November. Regal is providing a complimentary weekend getaway for Regal team members and their families featuring multiple events and festivities including a celebration dinner and complimentary waterpark passes.

From a consumer perspective, Regal has rolled out the red carpet with five brand new 2020 boat models for its 50th Anniversary year. New models include the innovative 38 SAV; the LX Series of outboard-powered luxury sport boats featuring three models from 22’- 26’; plus a new LS2 Surf model.

In addition, the company is offering a 50th Anniversary Edition Package with custom Belle Isle Blue gelcoat color and exclusive one-year badging options positioned throughout the boat. Special logos, signage, signature merchandise and promotions will carry throughout the 2020 model year. A new brand video was recently launched to commemorate this special occasion:   https://reg.al/legacy

An anchoring system has two parts: the anchor itself and the rode which connects the anchor to the boat. To be effective, an anchor must have good holding power, and the rode must be strong enough to withstand the strains that are put on it.
