SENSATIONAL AND VALUABLE AGENDA AT NOVA SCOTIA MARINE INDUSTRY CONFERENCE

Again this year, the Nova Scotia Boatbuilders Association and executive director Tim Edwards have assembled a sensational and practical series of sessions at their Nova Scotia Marine Industry Conference 2014 which takes place at The Lord Nelson Hotel on 27th/28th Feb. All marine industry professionals are welcome to attend.
 
The conference features a seminar program that includes Jeff Wright from Gougeon Brothers speaking on Common Errors in fibreglass repairs;
Alastair Smith from Alexseal Yacht Coatings on Painting boats for profit; Pete Lafreniere from Legend Boats on Marketing boats – a winning
formula!
 
The industry reception on Thursday evening has an America’s Cup Race theme with New Zealander, Richard Downs-Honey giving us his views on technology trickle-down to everyday boats. Richard was part of the NZ Team that built the first composites America’s Cup challenger.

Several marine suppliers will be also exhibiting products during the conference and there will be food, a cash bar and live music during the evening event so a great networking opportunity is included.
