Get Ready for Western Canada’s Largest Sale for Boats, Accessories & More. Show dates are January 14 – 18, 2026, Vancouver Convention Centre West & Granville Island, Vancouver.

If you were a 2025 show exhibitor then you will have received your space renewal application for the 2026 show. Make sure to check your inbox and mark your calendar for space renewal and Early Bird discount deadlines coming up soon on August 27th!

If you have not received your application, check your junk folder, and if you still haven’t received it, please contact show management. Note 2026 applications were sent from amanda@boatingbc.ca

Take advantage of the Early Bird Rate and SAVE!

The Early Bird Rate and Space Renewal deadline is August 27th. Any exhibitor who is renewing their space and wants to receive the Early Bird rate for the 2025 show will be required to return their signed application and 50% deposit by August 27th.

After August 27th, regular space rates will apply and spaces not renewed will be released to new exhibitors.

It is important for all 2025 exhibitors to let us know what your Space Request is for 2026 before the August 27th renewal deadline. Floor plan and space allocations will commence following the deadline therefore it’s imperative that you let us know what your space request is for 2026. This applies to indoor space and in-water slips.

Your renewal paperwork is based on the space you held at the 2025 show however due to the new indoor venue for 2026 all space numbers are currently showing TBD. In some cases, the space dimensions are also TBD. The total square feet of space have been carried forward from 2025.

For our indoor exhibitors note that we will strive to provide similar positioning and dimensions to what you held at the 2025 show but there may be some restrictions simply due to the relocation from BC Place to the Vancouver Convention Centre and the differences between the layout of the buildings. If you would like to request specific dimensions and/or any changes to what is showing on your renewal, please note that directly on your paperwork when you submit it by August 27th.

We will build the floor plan after working through space requests so at this time there isn’t a draft floorplan that we can share. Updates will be sent in late summer/early fall.

You can return your Application by email to Amanda Henschell (amanda@boatingbc.ca), or call 604-882-8024 to discuss your space needs for the 2026 show.

If you were not an exhibitor at the 2025 show, please download the 2026 blank application form.
