Vancouver International Boat Show Makes Waves with New Venue and Major Brand Comebacks

December 23, 2025

The 2026 Show drops anchor at the Vancouver Convention Centre from January 14th-18th.

With just one month to go, the Vancouver International Boat Show is gearing up for one of its most anticipated years ever, and tickets are now officially on sale, just in time for the holiday season. Running January 14th–18th, 2026, the show launches a new chapter by moving its indoor venue to Vancouver Convention Centre West, offering a refreshed layout, improved visitor experience, and a full lineup of manufacturers and premium boat categories.

“This year marks a major milestone for the Vancouver International Boat Show,” said Show Manager Amanda Henschell. “Moving to the Vancouver Convention Centre allows us to elevate the entire guest experience with a brighter, scenic, and more accessible setting. It’s an incredible opportunity to grow the show while continuing to showcase the boating lifestyle that British Columbians love.”

The show will continue to feature its popular in-water floating venue at Granville Island, with continuous shuttle service connecting both locations throughout the week.

The 2026 edition will also welcome the return of several top boat manufacturers for the first time in five years, offering attendees an unmatched selection of vessels, from entry-level runabouts to luxury cruisers, pontoons, wakesurf boats, fishing boats, and high-performance models.

“We’re seeing renewed momentum across the marine industry, and that’s reflected in the strong presence of manufacturers returning to our show,” added Boating BC Association Executive Director Bruce Hayne. “For anyone considering a boat purchase in 2026, this is the best chance to compare models, talk directly to factory experts, and explore options all in one place.”

For over 60 years, the Vancouver International Boat Show has served as the annual gathering point for British Columbia’s boating community. With a new location, expanded offerings, and a strong returning exhibitor base, the 2026 edition promises to be one of the most compelling yet!

Additional updates, including the full floor map, exhibitor list, seminar schedules, and featured boats, will be available at www.VancouverBoatShow.ca  as they are finalized.
