Jason Braun (Navico Senior Category Manager) is leading a practical overview of cutting, stripping, crimping and terminating in marine electrical work.

Topics include:

              • Selecting the proper tool for the job

              • Proper stripping techniques for small wire and large cable

              • Determining proper strip length

              • Crimping and terminating tools

              • Good crimps, bad crimps

              • Heat shrink over lugs or non-insulated terminals

              • Common Deutsch issues
