The Marine Service Manager Certificate Training has been designed by our industry for our industry, with topics that are relevant and specific to the work of Marine Service Managers. Delivered by experienced professionals in the field, with mentorship from Subject Matter Experts in law/contract, insurance, safety, human resources, environmental protection and finance. 
 
The 6 days of workshops prepare leaders to face the challenges of day-to-day operations in our unique industry. MSM training is designed to help build capacity and capability through a series of hands-on workshops, ensuring that what you learn is relevant and ready to implement as soon as you get back to work.

MSM Training in Phases:
1.      Online Pre-Learning: Self-paced modules completed by the start of the first workshop
2.      Friday/Saturday (x 3) Workshops: 6 days of in-person training, learn to apply foundational topics to real-world situations
3.      2-3 months at work: Time to create, implement and evaluate processes specific to you and your company
4.      Competency Review & Certification: Discuss processes you implemented during your time back at work
 
When:                 Friday/Saturday In-Person Workshops: 8am – 4pm
October 31, November 1, 14, 15, 21 & 22, 2025
Total time for full certification: 4-5 months
