The Maritime Museum of BC’s 43rd Annual Victoria Classic Boat Festival returns this Labour Day Weekend!
The Maritime Museum of BC, and sponsor Canoe Cove Marina and Boatyard, with support from the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority and the BC Fairs, Festivals, and Events Recovery Fund grant from the Province of British Columbia, will be hosting the 43rd Annual Victoria Classic Boat Festival this Labour Day Weekend, from September 2nd-4th.

CRA releases Luxury Tax Guidance and opens registration for businesses
NMMA Canada President Sara Anghel has sent the following message to their members; Despite all the advocacy work of the last 2.5 years, (by all of Canada’s marine trade associations – ED) the federal government is proceeding with the luxury tax on new boats over $250,000 which comes into effect on September 1st.
