Quadrant Marine Institute is excited to run the next session of the Marine Service Manager (MSM) Training and Certification this November in Vancouver.
 
Like all Quadrant Marine Institute programs, the MSM course has been designed by our industry for our industry, with topics that are relevant and specific to the work of Marine Service Managers. Delivered by experienced professionals in the field, with mentorship from Subject Matter Experts in law/contract, insurance, safety, human resources, environmental protection and finance. https://www.quadrantmarine.com/msm
 
The 6-days of workshops prepare leaders to face the challenges of day-to-day operations in this unique industry. MSM training is designed to help build capacity and capability through a series of hands-on workshops, ensuring what you learn is relevant and ready to implement as soon as you get back to work.

            • Who:                  For managers and owners of marine service businesses

MSM Training in Phases:

            • Online Pre-Learning: Self-paced modules completed by the start of the first workshop

            • Friday/Saturday (x 3) Workshops: 6 days of in-person training, learn to apply foundational topics to real-world situations

            • 2-3 months at work: Time to create, implement and evaluate processes specific to you and your company

            • Competency Review & Certification: Discuss processes you implemented during your time back at work

            • When:                 Friday/Saturday In-Person Workshops: 8am – 4pm 

November 1, 2, 15, 16, 22 & 23, 2024
Total time for full certification: 4-5 months

            • Where:               QMI Vancouver Classroom – 6911 Graybar Road, Richmond, BC
