Maritime’s Largest Boat and Outdoor Event Opens This Month

The Moncton Boat and Sportsmen’s Show will make its 2024 return to the Moncton Coliseum on March 22-24.

As the region’s top destination for all things outdoors, thousands of visitors are expected from across the Maritimes & beyond. The Moncton Boat Show portion is the biggest sale of the year and will highlight the region’s top dealers and the latest models of power boats, pontoons and personal watercraft. In the adjacent hall, the Sportsmen and Fly-Fishing show portion will showcase the best in fishing, hunting and all things outdoors. 

Lots of exciting features can be found across the show floor including multi-award-winning Canadian Chainsaw Artist, Joel Palmer aka Swamp Bear, who will be live carving all weekend long. Other features include archery demos from Archery New Brunswick, fly-casting demos, live fly-tying, and a jam-packed seminar stage with topics including fly-fishing techniques, turkey hunting, bass fishing and more! Plan your visit by checking out the full schedules on the show’s website.

The show is also excited to announce this year’s official show ambassadors: Youtubers Alex Swartman (The Fly Fishing Bushwhacker) and Damon Walsh (Fishing with Damon) who are both local to New Brunswick and passionate about fly-fishing and angling in their province. The show would also like to announce that Strike Back Sportfishing Adventures will be the official media partners for this year.

Visitors are encouraged to purchase tickets online by clicking here. Purchasing tickets online allows you to skip the line and automatically enters you in the draw for the chance to win one of the following prizes: a $500 gift card to Minnow Tackle Shop, a guided fly-fishing trip for two people from Fly Fishing Bushwhacker, a Napier truck tent and a Daymac e-bike from E-Drive Powersports! Visitors can also scan the QR code onsite for a second entry into the draw.

Regular adult admission is $14.00, Junior and Seniors are $12.00 (12-16), Family Passes are $34.00 (2 adults, 2 juniors).
