In early January in New Orleans, ABYC hosted Standards Week, the ABYC Annual Meeting, and the Marine Law Symposium. Standards Week is a critical time in the standards development process and this year over 150 experts from all sectors of the industry gathered to give their input on topics such as seats, lithium-ion battery systems, protection of engine controls, and fuel system testing. ABYC sends a THANK YOU to all who volunteer and participate in Project Technical Committees (PTCs) with the goal of making boating safer. If you are interested in getting involved click here
