CCEOC Inc. and Boating Industry Canada News Week Digest are pleased to announce the Boating Industry Canada Employer of Choice (BICEOC) Awards are available to all organizations with 5 or more employees!

Smaller marine businesses can now take advantage of all the benefits offered through the program and develop the coveted Employer of Choice brand.

Interested parties can participate in one of two tiers. Tier One is for organizations with 5 – 15 employees, and Tier Two is for organizations with 16 employees or more.

Each tier has two categories:

·       Dealers & Marinas

·       Marine Business: Manufacturers, Suppliers, Service Providers, Retailers and Distributors

All participants can develop their own improvement plan with their employee survey data. Data summary reports are available for purchase and provide targeted insights that help address key organizational challenges to increase employee engagement, improve customer service and build a stronger corporate brand.
