Fore Runner is a folding inflatable RIB with a fiberglass hull

March 31, 2026

The Fore Runner is a folding inflatable RIB (fiberglass hull) with 3 hull sections that allow it to fold up and be stowed away in just 4 minutes. Because it’s a RIB with a rigid hull, it significantly outperforms “roll up” or inflatable hull boats. And because it was originally designed for military use (dropped from a helicopter for rescues) it is Category C rated which means it can handle the open ocean. The boat is designed with many unique accessories that allow it to be an adventure craft on the water. It is not only popular as a dinghy that can be folded and put away but is popular as a stand-alone boat that can travel inside a car trunk and be used anywhere.
