IMTRA, manufacturer and importer of quality solutions and products for the marine, energy and transportation markets, has announced a restructuring of key management to add new roles, ensure an industry-leading customer experience and enable continued growth.

Colby Chevalier has been added to the IMTRA Leadership Team and has taken on the role of Director of Product Management. Tom “TJ” Orr was hired to fill Chevalier’s position as Lighting Product Manager. IMTRA’s long-time Office Manager, Lisa Nolet has been added to the Leadership Team as the Director of Customer Service. Derek Stern has been promoted to Director of Sourcing/Operations. Longtime IMTRA employees Scott Stevens and Larry Lake have also been added to the Leadership Team with their focus on production and warehouse operations. The company also hired Alex Sykes as Commercial Product Manager, Joe Pimenta as Buyer and Joe Mediate as Consumer Sales Manager for IMTRA’s sister company – Maximum Weather Instruments to help continue IMTRA’s growth trajectory.

“IMTRA has worked hard to establish a reputation for having exceptional customer service,” said Nolet. “We know that people have choices when it comes to the products they purchase and the companies they work with. If we can do an even better job giving our customers the attention they deserve, we will stand out further from the crowd.”

While working directly with customers, supplier partners and IMTRA’s inside and outside sales team, Orr will be active in bringing new products into the company’s lighting offerings and directing marketing efforts to ensure new and existing products are more visible to marine and commercial audiences. In his new role as Commercial Product Manager, Sykes works closely with IMTRA’s commercial trade customers (builders, engineers, operators), international supply network and national sales team. In this new role in the IMTRA purchasing department, Pimenta will work directly with the company’s supply partners.

“The development of the Leadership Team prepares IMTRA for the future,” said Eric Braitmayer, president and CEO, IMTRA. “We are lucky to have an established and seasoned senior management team. Chip (Farnham), Alex (Larsen), Jeff (Vancura) and Peter (Kilgore) continue to join me in leading our overall operations. This was the right time to start giving our future leaders greater responsibility over our forward-looking strategic initiatives.”
