Hans Wolter Joins North South Nautical Group

Mike Burns, president of North South Nautical Group is pleased to announce that Hans Wolter has joined the brokerage team.
Hans is a successful entrepreneur with a proven ability to adapt and thrive across diverse industries. He began his career in the printing business, growing a small operation of just three employees into a thriving company with 54 staff and over $11 million in annual sales within a decade.
After selling the business, Hans shifted gears—literally—pursuing his passion for motorsports through road racing. This led to the launch of the Formula Car Racing Experience, where individuals and corporate groups could experience the thrill of driving open-wheel race cars in a safe, controlled environment. A lifelong racing enthusiast, Hans is equally passionate about life on the water.
His sailing journey began over 30 years ago with a 505 dinghy and evolved into keelboat racing. As a founding member of Lakeshore Yacht Club and now an active member of PCYC, he currently races and cruises aboard a CS 33.
Hans has competed in Antigua Race Week, one of the premier regattas in the Caribbean, and has experienced chartering throughout the region. Whether under sail or power, Hans is most at home on the water—making his latest venture a natural next step.
