Nautisme Québec announces the hiring of Mr. Julien de Tilly as program coordinator

Nautisme Québec is pleased to announce the hiring of Mr. Julien de Tilly as program coordinator – marinas and marinas. A proud yachtsman and conscientious navigator, Julien has been traveling the St. Lawrence River between Montreal and the North Shore for nearly ten years, where he continues to discover the countless treasures aboard his sailboat. Young, dynamic and committed, Julien has a university education in philosophy and pedagogy. He also has a very good knowledge of the issues specific to the management and development of marinas and marinas, having accumulated several years of experience in this field as administrator and director of the Club nautique de Longueuil between 2016 and 2021. In office since the beginning of May, Julien is called upon to coordinate the implementation and development of the certification programs of marinas as well as to ensure the deployment of the entire service offer of the Alliance for this sector. About a month ago, I traveled to Charlevoix, MI for a special press event to introduce the H9 to a small group of journalists.
