B&G ULTRAWIDE Display

Jan 21, 2025

B&G®, the world’s leading sailing electronics manufacturer, unveiled the new B&G Zeus® S ULTRAWIDE display, delivering the brand’s most streamlined and immersive sailing experience yet.

“We’re thrilled to unveil B&G’s first ultrawide navigation display, delivering a truly immersive experience for sailors,” said Kevin Steinbraker, VP and General Manager, Digital Systems of Navico Group. “With its sleek, intuitive design, sailors can access everything they need in one seamless interface. The Zeus S ULTRAWIDE not only simplifies navigation with preset dashboards for cruising and racing, but also enhances safety through detailed C-MAP charts.”

Available in 12 and 15-inch displays, the Zeus S ULTRAWIDE creates an eye-catching cockpit that is simpler, cleaner, and more refined than anything else in the marina. The ultrawide screen stands out instantly, whether placed at the helm, over the companionway, or down below. Designed for simplicity, the new displays bring perfectly-optimized splits and uninterrupted data flows that are easier to digest – unlocking more data, more controls, and more possibilities.

Zeus S ULTRAWIDE offers B&G’s award-winning sailing features, including SailSteer™, Laylines, StartLine, and more. Additionally, the dedicated Sailing Modes allow sailors to see the data they need, when they need it. Users simply need to select the relevant mode for their situation, providing just the right information needed for Cruising, Racing or Anchoring*.

Sailors can navigate far and wide with the help of detailed C-MAP® charts. The latest C-MAP DISCOVER ® X charts are optimized specifically for B&G and the ULTRAWIDE display’s high pixel density shows sharp resolution with levels of detail like never before. Users can upgrade to the stunning REVEAL® X charts, which adds shaded relief and satellite imagery.

The X-Gen charts also unlock a host of ground-breaking new features, such as the new C-MAP Safety Alerts – built to automatically alert users to hazards up ahead, ranging from shallow waters to buoys. Additionally, the C-MAP X-Chart Manager lets users manage C-MAP chart updates and upgrades directly from their device, with the ability to choose custom areas for a near-instant download.

The 12-inch Zeus S ULTRAWIDE is priced at $2,749 USD and the 15-inch is $3,399 USD. The new ULTRAWIDE chartplotter will be on display for the first time at boot Düsseldorf, January 18-26, 2025.

*Included in B&G’s upcoming 2.0 software update
