Iosso water repellent now even safer

Oct 1, 2024

Long considered the go-to product for protecting outdoor fabrics against water, dirt, grime and environmental contaminants, Iosso Premium Water Repellent is now PFAS-free. And while still having excellent oil resistance properties, it has now been enhanced with UV inhibitors, benefiting owners and fabricators alike.

PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are toxic “forever chemicals” that build up in a body and are often linked with a myriad of human diseases. Premium Water Repellent doesn’t contain solvents or silicone that alter fabric color, finish or breathability. And with new oleophobic properties, oils and lubricants won’t accidentally darken textiles.

Iosso Premium Water Repellent is equally effective on canvas and laminated and coated solution-dyed acrylics. Simple to use, the formula is applied to the clean, dry fabric to the point of saturation and allowed to dry. Once the item has dried for 24 hours, it can be exposed to water.

A 32 oz. bottle covers approximately 40 sq. ft. while the one-gallon size covers up to 150 sq. ft. www.iosso.com .
