MONSTER TOWER INTRODUCES NEW HS1 UNIVERSAL-FIT WAKEBOARD TOWER

The world’s first and largest aftermarket wakeboard tower company recently introduced the new HS1 universal-fit wakeboard tower during the Marine Equipment Trade Show (METS) in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The HS1 features OEM-style cast aluminum mounting bases for a factory installed appearance and superior strength and an adjustable header for a custom fit on boats ranging from 76 to 96 inches wide.

Captive release mechanisms port and starboard allow the tower to be folded manually without the use of tools for storage or low bridge clearance. It also includes an integral navigation light and a swivel tow mount to reduce line chafe.

“The HS1 allows customers to add an aftermarket watersports tower yet have it appear to be factory installed,” said Tony Williams, Monster Tower President. Williams said the tower is in fact being installed as original equipment by boat builders on new models.

Notable options include an integrated Bimini top that affords weather protection even while a rider is in tow or it can be stowed when not in use. The EZ-Fold™ lift assist option employs gas shocks for minimal effort when raising or lowering the tower. The HS1 can accommodate all Monster Tower accessories including mounts for the Wetsounds sound bar.

The tower is constructed of 2.25-inch diameter 6063-T6 aeronautical grade aluminum because of its tensile strength, surface finish quality and high corrosion resistance. Customers have a choice of either a polished and anodized finish for an additional level of corrosion protection or a black powder-coated finish to match their vessel. It comes with a five-year warranty.

“The HS1 looks and performs like the factory installed towers you see on tournament inboards,” said General Manager Steve Beck. “We are excited to celebrate Monster Tower’s 15th anniversary this year with the introduction of another game-changing tower.”

Beck said the HS1 currently is being made available to Monster Tower dealers followed by retail sales beginning this Spring. For more information, contact Monster Tower at 877-778-6937 or visit www.monstertower.com.
