TACO Marine launched a fully electric VHF mount and a fully electric anchor & stern light that are available now to boat builders and repairers. Both products are designed to be operated conveniently and safely from the helm with a touch of a button.

The Grand Slam 850 Electric VHF Antenna Mount (shown left, above) easily installs to the surface of a hardtop and will fit all top thicknesses. No under-mount clearance is required. A standard 1-1/4” thread (male) shaft will accept all standard VHF antennas.

The Grand Slam 950 Electric Anchor & Stern light (shown right, above) is ideal for powered vessels 39’ (12 meters) and under and is certified for the USCG-required 2 nautical miles. This mount also easily installs to the surface of a hardtop and fits all top thicknesses. The light runs on 12 volts and consists of four 3-watt LED Cree chips driven by two Mean Well drivers. Click here to watch video with Captain Mark Henderson as he explains how the GS 950 works.
