RARITAN EXTENDS WARRANTY OF SANI-FLEX HOSE TO 10 YEARS

Warranty Sani Flex Hose

July 23, 2019

Raritan Engineering’s top-quality Sani/Flex Odor Shield is renowned as one of the most durable and flexible sanitation hoses available—it has a bend radius of two times its diameter. And now, its warranty against odor permeation has been extended to an impressive 10 years.

Sani/Flex Odor Shield sanitation hose is made from a butyl rubber compound for odor impermeability—15 times that of PVC. Reinforced with double helix steel wire and synthetic textile yarn, it’s incredibly strong. It’s rated for a maximum pressure value of 105 psi, burst level of 315 psi and vacuum of 13.5 psi. The smooth white cover is resistant to abrasion, ozone and seawater, and has a vanilla-scented antibacterial surface. Inside, it’s smooth-walled for maximum, uninterrupted flow and easy fitting.

Because of its flexibility, Raritan Sani/Flex Odor Shield is perfect for OEM and DIY applications. It allows for extreme bending without kinking and affecting flow, making it simple to get around tight corners, especially when access is limited.

The 1.5″ Sani/Flex Odor Shield hose weighs 0.6 lb/ft and has a bend radius of 3.15″. The 1″ hose weighs 0.35 lb/ft and will bend to a radius of 1.97″. Cost in the U.S.A. is $16.50 per foot, with 10′, 50′ and 100′ rolls available. Visit: www.raritaneng.com.

An anchoring system has two parts: the anchor itself and the rode which connects the anchor to the boat. To be effective, an anchor must have good holding power, and the rode must be strong enough to withstand the strains that are put on it.
