Sun Odyssey 519 – NEW

We are renewing our elegant, performance-oriented line of Jeanneau Sun Odyssey sailboats in order to offer a complete and more consistent model range, from 34 to 51 feet. In order to integrate the latest design trends and innovations, several significant changes have been made to this successful line.

A MODERN BOWSPRIT The entire Sun Odyssey line, known for performance and comfort on board, is benefiting from a major evolution: the addition of a modern bowsprit. This bowsprit, integrated into the hull lines, offers an elegant, more distinguished design that draws its inspiration directly from the world of racing yachts. With more clearance between the anchor and the bow, this innovation facilitates anchoring due to greater protection and an anchor roller on the centreline. Finally, this bowsprit, designed for Code 0 sails, can also carry larger asymmetrical spinnakers for more enjoyable sailing.

IMPROVED ACCESS TO THE WATER The aft platforms have been enlarged on the mid-size Sun Odyssey models: the Sun Odyssey 389 (optional), the Sun Odyssey 419 and the Sun Odyssey 449. These platforms are three times larger than the previous models and provide an ideal access to the sea.

A MORE COMFORTABLE COMPANIONWAY On these same models, the companionway has been improved upon in order to offer even greater comfort on board. It features a gentler angle, with hinged doors and a lowered doorsill for easy access to the interior.

EVEN BRIGHTER INTERIORS The interiors of these three models are enhanced with indirect LED lighting in the saloon, for a warmer, brighter atmosphere.

NEW UPHOLSTRY, JUST LIKE HOME The entire Sun Odyssey line benefits from a new upholstery selection, and pillow backrests with piping for optional upholstery choices. To this wide selection of upholstery choices, we will also offer a choice of floorboards in three different wood finishes, enabling our customers to further personalise their interior ambiance.
