Light Bar enhanced with alternate mounting styles

Shadow Caster Light Bars

Feb 4, 2025

The Innovation Award-winning Eagle Ray Light Bar from Shadow-Caster set a new standard for marine lighting. For most vessels, the compact LED fixture is simple to mount. However, for installations that require clearance under the component or hanging it upside down, a Reverse Mounting option and 316 Adjustable End Mount Brackets make it even easier to add this state-of-the-art lighting solution to any boat.

The 20,000-lumen Eagle Ray Light Bar has the same beam-shaping technology used in high-end automotive lighting. This allows the fixture to shift its focus from a laser-driven long-distance 5° spot to a wide, diffused floodlight with a 50° angle. Connected to an NMEA 2000 backbone, the 20″ x 5.4″ x 3″ light bar can be controlled via a networked multifunction display or from Shadow-Caster’s Light Commander PLUS controller.

The standard mount is a 9″ x 3″ plate that allows the Eagle Ray Light Bar to be installed upright. With the new Reverse Mounting option, the fixture can be fitted to overhead locations, such as the underside of a T-top. When existing components or equipment prohibit either of these, or the mounting site has a pronounced curve or unevenness, the 316 stainless steel Adjustable End Mount Brackets are the ideal solution. All three solutions allow the light bar to be aimed at the optimal angle. Built in the USA, the Eagle Ray Light Bar has an MSRP of $1,999 USD; the Adjustable End Mount Brackets are $89.99/pair USD.
