Employer Choice Award2018 400

On Friday, January 12th, at the Toronto International Boat Show, the Boating Industry Canada Employer of Choice (BICEOC) Award program presented awards to the first winners in this important employee development program.

This is the only “best employer” recognition award for Canada’s recreational marine industry. This is a national program that creates leading employer brand recognition and a true competitive advantage for attracting, retaining and engaging top talent. There are two award categories:

  • Dealers & Marinas
  • Marine Business: Manufacturers, Suppliers, Service Providers, Retailers and Distributors

Boating Industry Canada and News Week have partnered with CCEOC – a leading best employer award and assessment organization - to bring this prestigious award to the market and it provides unique promotion opportunities for participating organizations. And the best part, it’s free to sign up!

We believe the Benefits of becoming an Employer of Choice include:

  • Reduced turnover
  • More engaged and committed workforce
  • Reduced overhead costs
  • Increased productivity
  • Positive employer branding and PR
  • Higher customer satisfaction and loyalty

We think this can support you in making your business more attractive to the future employee you need to succeed.

Congratulations to the 2017Award winners:

The first winner in the Marine Business category is Princecraft.
