Disney Institute to Present IMBC Keynote Address
The International Marina & Boatyard Conference (IMBC) will kick off its 10th anniversary with a presentation by the highly recognized Disney Institute.
IMBC—produced by the Association of Marina Industries (AMI)—is scheduled for February 1–3, 2012, at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
Disney Institute will present “Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence” on Thursday, February 2, 2012, at 8:30 am. The keynote session will showcase the five most powerful lessons in business and focus on teachings carefully developed by the Disney organization in its never-ending pursuit of excellence. Disney Institute is a recognized leader in experiential training for business professionals across the globe and was created to showcase Disney’s best practices that easily adapt to other organizations.

Formed in 2002 as the National Marina & Boatyard Conference, the International Marina & Boatyard Conference is currently the only American show catered specifically to marina and boatyard owners, operators, and managers as well as dockmasters, harbormasters, boat builders and repairers, and industry consultants.
IMBC’s producer, the Association of Marina Industries (AMI) is a nonprofit membership organization providing management training, education, and information about research, legislation, and environmental issues affecting the marina industry.
