MarineMax Vacations Announces New 38-Foot Power Catamarans

MarineMax Vacations is pleased to announce the addition of power catamarans to its charter fleet. Initially, 10 new and well-equipped power catamarans will be available for charter beginning on June 1, 2012, at the MarineMax Vacations charter base in the British Virgins Islands, operating from the beautiful Hodges Creek Marina. The MarineMax 382 is a customized Aquila 38 Power Cat, designed by the internationally famous naval architect team of Morelli and Melvin based out of Los Angeles and built by Sino Eagle Yachts based out of Fuyang City, China.

Power Catamarans are the “Cats Whiskers” for cruising the tropics. Catamarans offer unrivalled comfort in the tropics and have quickly grown in popularity amongst vacationers in the majority of cruising destinations in the world, particularly the Caribbean.
