Professional Boatbuilder Magazine offers Online Courses Summer 2011 E-Training
ProBoat E-Training has a variety of web-based courses that are available in a work-at-your own pace format including an ongoing offering of Rhino for Marine Designers, with a new session starting each month.

- Rhino for Marine Designers (Six-week course, starts monthly) and you must have access to a copy of Rhino to complete this course. Price: $390 (student discount available on request).
- Intro to Marine Electrical Systems Part One (Four-part course, work at your own pace.), Price: $200.
- Intro to Marine Electrical Systems Part Two (Five-part course, work at your own pace.), Price: $200.
- Designing Yacht Interiors (Introduction) Price: $75.
- Color-Matching Gelcoat (Four-part course, work at your own pace) Price: $200.
- Load Capacity and Flotation (Five-part course, work at your own pace) Price: $300.
- Propeller Selection for Boats and Small Ships (Three-part course, work at your own pace.), Price: $79.
- The Marine Survey Report (Four-part course, work at your own pace.) Price: $200.
- The Marine Survey Report Practicum, Price: $95 per survey.
- Tech for Trainers (Three segments): This course if FREE to you if you are willing to help create new short courses for ProBoat E-Training. We’ll explain how PBE-T works, we’ll introduce our learning platform (MOODLE), and we’ll describe best practices for teaching online. Much of this material can be adapted to both classroom and in-house training programs. Otherwise, price: $200.
