JOIN GISELLE KOVARY DISCUSSING GENERATIONAL IDENTITIES AND WORKPLACE BEHAVIORS AT THE BOATING ONTARIO CONFERENCE

Giselle Kovary

Oct 23, 2018

Organizations today face the challenge of creating high-performing environments that produce results. The workforce is comprised of five generations (Traditionalists, Baby Boomer, Gen X, Millennial and Gen Z).  Each of these cohorts possess unique identities that translate into different behaviors in the workplace.  It is important for every leader to be able to tap into the values and expectations of each generation to increase the levels of engagement and productivity, especially now as Millennials represent an increasing share of your workforce and Gen Z’s are your future workforce.

Join Giselle Kovary, President and Co-Founder of N-Gen People Performance Inc as she dives deep into the different generations and how the generational identities translate into behaviours in the workplace, relating to loyalty, authority and work styles.  She will focus on what Millennials value and desire from their leaders.  She then will explore how generational identities impact your organization’s ability to produce results, focusing on tactics and techniques on how we can increase engagement and levels of performance while retaining Millennial employees.  Each participant will leave the session with leadership tips and actions that can be applied right away to improve retention and engagement.

If you are struggling with your workforce, this is something you do not want to miss!

The association is very well supported and virtually any significant marine electronics company that you could name, was represented there on the Exhibitor list at the Expo as well as all being NMEA members and very supportive of the organization.
