Boating Is Booming With Great Career Opportunities

Since 2010, all sorts of employers have posted their career opportunities in Boating Industry Canada News Week Digest and a great many readers have found rewarding new opportunities for themselves.

We publish this column as a courtesy to the industry – there are no costs and no charges. If you are an employer, Boating Industry Canada will run your ‘Help Wanted’ advertising for FREE as long as the ads are for marine industry employment in Canada.

As a person working in, (or hoping to get into) the marine industry, there is no cost either – go direct and apply for the jobs you see posted here. It’s just good business to make it a regular habit to keep tabs on the industry by checking this column in News Week Digest, every week.

We regularly check the listings ourselves to ensure that the positions advertised are still open, and we ask employers to inform us as soon as the position is filled, so we can take their listing down.

Our industry features a wide range of jobs that can all lead to a rewarding life. Boating always needs talented technicians, but there are great jobs in parts, as sales and marketing professionals, yacht brokers and boat builders. Boating Industry Canada often has opportunities for Government employees and executive positions in finance and management.

This is the time of year to recruit for and fill the openings at your recreational boating industry business. See the Career Opportunities section at the bottom of this email.

Good luck in the coming summer!

The association is very well supported and virtually any significant marine electronics company that you could name, was represented there on the Exhibitor list at the Expo as well as all being NMEA members and very supportive of the organization.
