What’s this campaign all about? Well, we all know how great it is to be in marine service, and all of the reasons people stay and build a life and career in this industry. We know our partners are so busy and how much work is available. So now it’s time: Let’s bring more awesome people into this vibrant and diverse industry!

From apprentices to managers and everything in between, this campaign is going to show that the marine service industry is the place to be for those who have the desire to build their skills and continue to learn and grow.

Registration is now open for 2021-22
Marine Service Technician apprenticeship training.

Our apprenticeship training encompasses almost every trade as it relates to keeping a boat afloat, including metal, composite and wood structures, engines and mechanical systems, electrical and electronics, design and performance, yard and vessel management, paint and refinishing, and sailboat rigging, as well as business practices and professionalism.

MST BURSARY

Did you know we offer a training bursary? Bursaries are offered in partnership with Boating BC. Up to $1000 is awarded to apprentices demonstrating strong career commitment and justification of financial need.

Apply by July 31!
