CANADA’S NEW BOATING SKILLS SERIES LAUNCHES TUESDAY JULY 15

Discover Boating Skills Training

Discover Boating Hands-On Skills Training, a series created to provide boaters of all experience levels practical education to boat safely and confidently on the water, is launching in Canada for the first time this year at the Montreal In-Water Boat Show, Toronto International Boat Show and Vancouver International Boat Show. Media are invited to participate in a special training session in Toronto on July 15 – get behind the helm to find out first-hand what participants can expect from the program’s training.
 
Discover Boating Hands-On Skills Training– media opportunity to get on-water training and learn about the new program and its benefits to boaters of all skill levels. Media will be receiving an overview of the courses that are offered through the program including precision boat control, docking and essential boating safety.

Spaces are limited and will be made available on a first-come, first serve basis.
 
Tuesday, July 15
9am – 10am: Discover Boating Hands-On Skills Training. Media check-in at 8:45am, training time from 9am-10am

On-water training is one of the best ways for new boaters to learn the skills needed to boat safely and confidently on the water. The Discover Boating Hands-On Skills Training program has been adapted for Canada in both official languages and will feature instruction by boating experts.
