THE NMMA CANADIAN RECREATIONAL BOATING INDUSTRY BREAKFAST – DEADLINE EXTENDED

All boating industry professionals are invited to attend the 2014 NMMA Canadian Recreational Boating Industry Session to be held January 14th at the Galleria East in the  Direct Energy Centre during the Toronto International Boat Show, Exhibition Place in Toronto. Registration deadline for this popular event has been extended to January 9, 2014.

The event opens at 8:30am with a hot breakfast, then Presentations from 9:00am–11:00am.

Andy Adams, Editor at Boating Industry Canada will welcome the guests and introduce special guest speaker John Peak, Managing Director Capital Markets, GE Capital with an important global business review.

Then, a Canadian Recreational Boating Statistics Presentation by Sara Anghel, Executive Director, NMMA Canada and Donald Dubois, President, Princecraft Boats and Chairman, NMMA Canada Board will deliver the Canadian market perspective. This will be followed by a Discover Boating Program Presentation with Tracey Hart Director of Marketing, Discover Boating Canada.

The event will culminate with the NMMA Hall of Fame Award presentation. The Hall of Fame honours individuals whose achievements are synonymous with the pursuit of quality, innovation and perfection within their respective spheres of expertise.

The 2024 Marine Electronics Conference & Expo, held by the National Marine Electronics Association, (NMEA) took place September 16 to the 20th in Providence, Rhode Island. Boating Industry Canada was there for the first time and we were very impressed with what we found.

The association is very well supported and virtually any significant marine electronics company that you could name, was represented there on the Exhibitor list at the Expo as well as all being NMEA members and very supportive of the organization.
