Canadian Power Squadron

Richard Bee, AP, Chief Commander of the Canadian Power & Sail Squadrons (CPS-ECP) recently sent out a special communication recognizing that the work of the many CPS-ECP volunteers is sometimes taken for granted and those doing the work on the front lines do not always receive the accolades they deserve.

So, in recognition of National Volunteer Week, April 21st to 27th, Chief Commander Richard Bee, would like to personally thank all of those Volunteering for Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons for the commitment of time and energy so freely and graciously given to CPS.

In his communication, the Chief Commander stated that, "These dedicated efforts on the part of our Volunteers allow CPS to continue functioning as the premier teaching organization and respected leader in the recreational boating community in Canada. I urge all of you to take the opportunity during National Volunteer Week to nominate a CPS volunteer of your choice for one of our Prestigious Annual National Volunteer Awards. You will find all of the details and nomination form on our member's website under Members Moorings – Volunteer Awards at
https://www.cps-ecp.ca/members/members.asp?WCE=C=47|K=224883"

If you are a member and are interested in volunteering opportunities for CPS-ECC please consider updating the volunteer section of your membership profile on the "My Profile" section of the web site.
