Marine Marketers of America are calling for entries in the fourth annual Neptune Awards for Marketing Excellence, which recognize outstanding work in the marketing field.

This year’s contest features three new categories, and the awards will be presented at the organization’s annual meeting at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show on Oct. 27, sponsored by Show Management and Info-Link Technologies.

The Neptune Award competition is open to any company or organization producing marine-industry marketing work from Sept. 1, 2010 to Sept. 1, 2011. The deadline for submissions is Sept. 23, 2011.

The Neptune Awards are a great way to show off your best work — and a convenient time to renew your MMA membership. In addition to the Neptune Awards, MMA offers webinars and professional development opportunities throughout the year, as well as expert discussion panels at its annual meetings.
