BENETEAU LAUNCHES NEW CUSTOMER CARE PROGRAM

Beneteau America

Beneteau announces the launch of its new Plain Talk Promise customer care program; the program extends the stem-to-stern Beneteau Limited Warranty to three years, and the hull and structure warranty of every new Beneteau to seven years against blisters, defects, and failure.

As part of the Plain Talk Promise program, authorized Beneteau dealers will perform a yearly inspection of every new vessel in compliance with the maintenance program facilitated by VesselVanguard – which provides service-related notifications based on a detailed master equipment list, and sends tasks to both the customer and the servicing dealer in advance of need.

In addition to offering the most comprehensive manufacturer-backed warranty program for all 2015 models, new boat buyers now receive a one-year BoatUS membership with unlimited towing courtesy of Beneteau.

As BoatUS members, new Beneteau owners will have access to the nation’s largest on water boat towing service with over 600 TowBoatUS and Vessel Assist towboats standing by to assist at over 300 locations across the country. New owners will also benefit from 25 other BoatUS services and discounts that will make their boating experience better.

Beneteau America’s Marketing Director, Maryline O’Shea, commented: “We believe in providing our customers with the best service, long after they purchase a new Beneteau. Through our partnership with the largest nationwide towing assistance service, we provide them with professional on water help when they need it. It’s all about increasing ownership satisfaction.”
