EDGEWATER BOATS NAMES JENNIFER BUTERA PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

EdgeWater Power Boats, a leading manufacturer of small luxury yachts, high-quality center console and dual console fishing boats, and bay boats, has named Jennifer Butera president and CEO following a comprehensive nationwide executive search.

Ms. Butera comes to EdgeWater Power Boats after serving as general manager of Brunswick Commercial and Government Products Inc. (BCGP), which is based in EdgeWater, Fla. Prior to that role, Jennifer held a position with Walt Disney Corporation.

“We are very excited to have Jennifer join the team,” said Bryan Powderly, EdgeWater vice president and chief financial officer. “She has taken BCGP forward significantly during her stewardship, growing sales locally and internationally, and developing the operation and commercial team, as well as implementing LEAN processes. Jennifer has a track record of strategic vision and excellence in execution. We are excited that she will bring this experience to bear on our business as well.”

Added Powderly: “I know she has strong intentions to involve our dealers even more in the future to help EdgeWater develop even more exciting products.”
