Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, organisers of boot Düsseldorf trade fair – the largest boat and watersports show in the world – has joined the International Council of Marine Industry Associations (ICOMIA) as a sustaining member.

With some 1,800 exhibitors from over 65 countries, boot Düsseldorf is considered a benchmark for the international boat and water sports industry. Here, you can try almost everything that has to do with watersports: Experience the pure outdoors at the 90-metre long river, join the sailing school, visit the Cruise Pavilion or the Beach World with its unique shows and competitions or take a look at more than 1,500 yachts.

“Known as ‘the place’ where the entire industry meets in January every year, boot Düsseldorf 2018 will feature new products, business developments and maritime equipment over an area of 220,000 square metres” said Petros Michelidakis, Director of boot Dusseldorf. “Meaning the entire global market will be on location across 16 exhibition halls”.

The next edition of boot Düsseldorf will be held 20 – 28 January 2018 and will be open to visitors daily from 10:00 to 18:00.

ICOMIA is the international trade association representing the global marine industry since 1966. An advocate, ICOMIA works with international authorities and major organisations, publishes documents and guidelines and produces tools to facilitate the growth of the industry. ICOMIA brings together national boating federations in one global organisation and represent them at an international level, presenting a strong and united voice when dealing with issues challenging the industry.
