The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) and Boating Writers International (BWI) honored Innovation Award Winners during the 2018 Progressive Insurance Miami International Boat Show. The Sun Odyssey 440 and Sun Odyssey 490 were amongst the winners, recognized for their Walk-Around Decks. This new innovation is part of the new generation of Sun Odyssey.

The Walk-Around Decks make moving and circulating around the boat truly unique. No longer will you have to step out of the cockpit and onto the actual deck. On this new generation of boats, circulation around the entire deck is continuous.
