Marine engine repair is big business in Central Ontario and there is lots of opportunity for women in this field.

The next Georgian College Women in Marine Trades event takes place Saturday July 18th from 11am to 2pm, at a full service marina in Pefferlaw ON. 

The event is open to women of all ages, Aboriginal women in particular, who would like to learn more about education and careers in the marine trades.

The day includes lunch and a chance for attendees to see the inner workings of a marina.
