A Sales & Marketing Assistant may be responsible for a variety of tasks, depending on the needs of the sales team and marketing requirements at the time. The ideal candidate for the available position with Kerrwil Media Limited has education/experience and willingness to continually learn in any or all the areas noted below:

• Print and digital ad/production management
• Marketing – digital, SEO, content, media, influencer, brand management, print
• Inside Sales – telephone and email
• Event / Trade Show Management
• Digital Production including website management and Google Ads Manager
• Customer Relationship Management platforms
• Data Management, Marketing Automation, Subscription Management platforms

 
The ideal candidate will also have experience and proven strategies in:

• Organization and file management
• Customer Service and interpersonal communication via email, virtual meetings, phone and face-to-face
• Microsoft Office including Excel

In this role, the candidate:

• will work in an office setting and is able to commute to our Midland office 5 days per week
• maintains a positive attitude
• can problem solve and make sound decisions
• manages time effectively
• has excellent work ethic
• is flexible
• is a team player
• is focused and can work in a fast-paced environment
• enjoys new challenges
• has post-secondary diploma in a related field such as business, sales, marketing, and/or communications or recreational boating.
